[About the Release & Vibe]
🌙 A shimmering bridge between sophisticated songwriting and the late-90s club underground. Following the massive success of Walking Wounded, Tracey Thorn and Ben Watt deepened their exploration of electronic production, blending melancholy trip-hop textures, house beats, and acoustic warmth. This 2026 Deluxe Edition elevates the original classic with essential era-defining remixes from Club 69, Wamdue Project, Markus Schulz, Kenny Dope, and J Majik, alongside rare demos and live recordings.
The new Deluxe Edition delivered by Chrysalis Records showcases a strong focus on remastering electronic legacy material and expanding archival context. Released via Chrysalis, this project brings a refreshed perspective to one of the most influential electronic pop albums of the turn of the millennium.
The Vibe: Sophisticated, melancholic, and hypnotic. Built for late-night city drives, reflective headphones sessions, and deep house dancefloors. Now available for high-fidelity discovery on MusicVibez.

💬 HUMAN PERSPECTIVE /

EN (DJ Review): Everything But The Girl's Temperamental (2026 Deluxe Edition) is a masterclass in how to treat electronic pop history with respect. By pairing the sublime original 1999 tracklist with a stellar second disc of underground club reworks by legends like Kevin Yost, Wamdue Project, and Markus Schulz, this edition bridges the gap between home listening and late-night dancefloor emotion.
